Barb horse. This Maghreb horse is associated with the Berber people. It is mentioned since antiquity by the Romans. It is one of the oldest horse breeds in the world. Very resistant medium saddle horse, it was widely spread in Europe during the Moorish invasions of the 7th and 8th centuries.
