Parliament of the Republic of Austria. The main neoclassical building is inspired by Greek architecture. It was built in Vienna by Theophil Hansen from 1874 to 1884 to accommodate the meetings of the Empire Council bringing together representatives of different states under the direct sovereignty of the Habsburgs. Today, it is the seat of the two chambers of the Federal Assembly.
