Grey-headed chickadee or Siberian tit. This chickadee is found in the boreal forests of America (Alaska and northwest of Canada) and very widespread in all the subarctic Scandinavia and the north of the Palearctic. With an average size of 13 to 14 cm for just 11 to 14 grams, in 2011 it only represented 1% of all tits in the pine forest dominated by lichen, compared to 64% in 1982. This dramatic drop is linked to its habitat reduction due to global warming.
