John Fitzgerald Kennedy (1917-1963). He is the 35th US President. Elected in 1960, he is the youngest president in the history of the USA at the age of 43. Emblematic statehood, he was very strongly involved in the negociations of the cold war with the USSR as well as for the civil rights of the Afro-Americans. He was assassinated in 1963 in unclear circumstances on the streets of Dallas.
