With a diverse range of goods and a colorful supporting program, the traditional SPRING MARKET in Passau’s city center kicks off the eagerly awaited spring season. The market bustle begins at 11 a.m. on April 27th between the pedestrian areas of Ludwigstrasse, Bahnhofstrasse, and Dr.-Hans-Kapfinger-Strasse, featuring many handicrafters from the region.
High-quality handicrafts such as hand-painted porcelain, jewelry, and hand-turned wooden goods. Hand-sewn and knitted items, wood and basket goods, decorative items, and gift ideas – there are plenty of treasures to discover at the Passau Spring Market. Culinary delights await young and old alike, with all kinds of sweets and hearty market delicacies. Younger guests can have their faces painted on Ludwigstrasse, and there will also be music and dancing again this year.
